Limoncello Panettone by Sal de Riso 

Ingredients: type 0 and 00 WHEAT flour, fresh BUTTER
(MILK) (16.6%), pasteurised fresh EGG yolks
(11.6%), water, sugar, natural YEAST (GLUTEN),
acacia honey, sea salt, MILK powder, BARLEY malt,
vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands. 

Filling: Limoncello custard (27.5%) (glucose syrup, water,
sugar, dextrose, skimmed MILK powder, Limoncello alcoholic food flavouring
(1.25%), EGG yolk, pectin), lemon peel Amalfi
Coast I.G.P candied fruit (10.0%)(we use 900g of 'Amalfi Coast Lemon' I.G.P for
each kg of finished product) (peel of Amalfi Coast I.G.P. lemon, sifted sugar,
glucose syrup, water), candied lemon paste, essential oil, lemon. 

Topping: white chocolate and lemon chocolate shavings (sugar,
cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, WHEY powder (MILK),
LACTOSE (MILK), emulsifier: SOY lecithin,
natural vanilla flavouring, colouring: carrot extract). 

Allergens:
Contains gluten, egg, milk, barley and soya. May contain traces of peanuts,
shell nuts, lupins and sesame.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, infusion of lemon peel in alcohol
(minimum 400g of fruit per litre).

 Alcohol %: 32% vol.
