In the heart of Puglia is Bitonto, the city of extra virgin olive oil, and it’s here that this range of Taralli biscuits is made, using only the finest natural ingredients and ancient recipes handed down through the centuries. Daniele Lovascio, one of our newer artisanal partners, started producing this deliciously moreish range of Taralli only twenty years ago.
These delicate Taralli with onion are savoury biscuits, individually hand-made to an authentic recipe using the finest grade flour and extra virgin olive oil, and shaped into traditional knots.
They’re both crumbly and crunchy at the same time and perfect served with dips, cheese and antipasti.
