This fruity and lightly acidic gin and tonic drinking vinegar is heavy with all the typical flavour notes of a classic gin and tonic. At its simplest it’s perfect mixed with sparkling or tonic water and garnished with citrus slices and mint leaves, for a long, non-alcohol aperitif. Or for a rather special negroni, mix with Vermouth, Campari and serve over plenty of ice.
Alternatively, this versatile vinegar can be drizzled over salad, fish and fresh berries. The only limit is your imagination!
