Garofalo has been making pasta for over 300 years in Gragnano near Naples in Italy, the home of pasta. Tagliatelle (from the Italian tagliare, meaning "to cut") is a traditional type of pasta from Emilia-Romagna and Marches regions of Italy. It's long, flat pasta ribbons, shaped into nests (Nido), are traditionally served with a meat or Bolognese sauce. Or for a quick, delicious supper stir through our Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto.
