These crunchy amaretti are prepared true to Lazzaroni family traditions – a slow-baked blend of sugar, apricot kernels, egg whites and bitter almonds. Oh, and a sprinkling of sugar nibs for an extra touch of crunch. This beautiful cube-shaped box contains a heap of amaretti wrapped in the colourful paper that says Lazzaroni all over. Savour them with dessert wine, dunk them in coffee and crush them over ice cream.
