There’s a trick to achieving such an intense flavour as you’ll find in this pasta sauce. You see, our tomatoes aren’t just sun-dried, they’re ever so slowly dried under the scorching Italian sun. Keeping the tomato as our hero, we add only fresh garlic to the mix. The result is a humble yet flavoursome sauce that’ll perk up all sorts of pasta dishes. And will cling to the pasta too (we’ve checked).
