Ingredients
- ½ jar Sacla’ Vegan Basil Pesto
- ½ jar vegan mayonnaise
- 1 handful black olives, pitted & roughly chopped
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
Method
- Gently fold the Sacla’ Vegan Pesto into the vegan mayonnaise
- Then add the chopped olives, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil and serve
