Anchovy Fillets with Truffle on Toast

  • Anchovy Fillets with Truffle by Inaudi
  • 4 pieces sourdough bread
  • Butter to spread

Method

  1. Cut a loaf of sourdough bread into four slices. 
  2. Spread as much butter or as little as you like onto the pieces of sourdough.
  3. Place four anchovies on each slice.
