Like Italians across our country, we love to graze on colourful, flavourful bites, such as creamy mozzarella, rich olives, cured meats and delicious artichokes like the ones in this jar. Here we take globe artichoke hearts, slice them into chunky quarters and marinate them in sunflower seed oil and parsley. Add them to your antipasti platter and stir them into salads, pastas and risottos.
