Fusilli Pasta by Martelli

Perfect Pasta

In its iconic yellow packaging, Matelli fusilli pasta is prized for good reason. From the old town of Lari in Tuscany comes a handmade pasta inspired by one of the region’s most famous sites – the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Seven spirals, like the tower, capture lots of sauce. And the bronze-die process and slow drying times used to create Martelli Fusilli mean the taste is a whole world away from lesser brands. We love to pair this with our Classic Basil Pesto for a truly authentic Italian dinner!

Martelli Spaghetti is an artisan pasta made using traditional methods, including bronze-cut dies that give it a rough, porous texture. This helps sauces cling better, creating a richer and more flavourful dish.

It is produced in small batches in Tuscany using high-quality durum wheat flour. The pasta is shaped through bronze dies, then naturally air-dried to preserve the full flavour of the grain before being hand-packed.

Its texture makes it ideal for rich, hearty sauces. It works particularly well with recipes like Tomato & Garlic Intenso Spaghetti with Bacon and Mushrooms, where the sauce can fully coat the pasta.
