COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Peel the lid back halfway and fill to the fill line with boiling water.

2. Stir well (there's goodness at the bottom) and replace the film lid to keep everything warm.

3. Wait for just 5 minutes before enjoying straight from the pot or mindfully served in a pasta bowl.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a cool, dry place.
