Organic Tomato Pesto is good for your tastebuds and tummy, and good for the planet too.

For Italians, tomatoes are red gold. We think they live up to their name, especially when they’re grown organically under the glorious Mediterranean sunshine.

To create our Organic Tomato Pesto, we switched to a vegetarian cheese and pounded it together with rich, robust sun-dried tomatoes, cashews, pine nuts and a dash of extra virgin olive oil. All organic, of course.

This wholesome Pesto transforms brunch from boring to brilliant, suppers from simple to special, and all meals in between. Dollop it into al dente pasta, baked eggs, rice salads and slurpy soups for an instant flavour hit.
