Pasta di Liguria

Pasta di Liguria is a perfect paste from one of Italy’s most beautiful coastal regions. 

It’s made by the Minaglia family in their hometown of Montoggio in the Ligurian Apennine mountains, using artisan techniques, organic natural ingredients, and spring water from the Antola Nature Park. 

Every mouthful tells the story of Liguria and its people with the shapes from the coast (in blue packaging) like Trofiette and pasta from the mountains (in green packaging) such as the ribbons made with chestnut flour. 

The Minaglia brothers have been perfecting their craft now for over 30 years and are now the leading producers of Ligurian speciality pasta with their award winning being enjoyed the world over.
