Kelly Bronze Turkey Ham & Truffle Pesto Toasted Ciabatta
INGREDIENTS
- Kelly Bronze pre-cooked Turkey Ham (or regular turkey)
- 1/4 jar Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto
- 1 ciabatta loaf
- 1 sweet pointed red pepper
- Rocket leaves
- Burrata cheese
- Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Unbox a pre-cooked Kelly Bronze Turkey Ham (can use standard turkey too) and cut into thick slices
- Slice the ciabatta bread in half down the centre, place both slices face down onto a buttered pan on low heat. Leave the bread on the pan for 4-5 minutes (or til your desired level of toastiness)
- Take the ciabatta bread off the pan and set aside. Turn the pan heat up to medium
- Chop a sweet, pointed red pepper in half, drizzle olive oil over it - grill on the pan for a further 5 minutes
- Spread Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto over both slices of the ciabatta bread, then layer the turkey ham, cooked pepper, rocket and Burrata cheese
- Crack some black pepper over the top to finish
