Kelly Bronze Turkey Ham & Truffle Pesto Toasted Ciabatta

INGREDIENTS

  • Kelly Bronze pre-cooked Turkey Ham (or regular turkey)
  • 1/4 jar Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto 
  • 1 ciabatta loaf
  • 1 sweet pointed red pepper
  • Rocket leaves
  • Burrata cheese
  • Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Unbox a pre-cooked Kelly Bronze Turkey Ham (can use standard turkey too) and cut into thick slices
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread in half down the centre, place both slices face down onto a buttered pan on low heat. Leave the bread on the pan for 4-5 minutes (or til your desired level of toastiness)
  3. Take the ciabatta bread off the pan and set aside. Turn the pan heat up to medium 
  4. Chop a sweet, pointed red pepper in half, drizzle olive oil over it - grill on the pan for a further 5 minutes
  5. Spread Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto over both slices of the ciabatta bread, then layer the turkey ham, cooked pepper, rocket and Burrata cheese
  6. Crack some black pepper over the top to finish
