Cranberry and Balzam Spritz Switchel
A very grown up sparkling mocktail that everyone can enjoy with festive fruity hints of apple and cranberry.

Ingredients
50 ml Balsam Spritz
50 ml cranberry syrup
150 ml clear apple juice
Soda water to top
Apple slices to garnish
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the spritz, apple juice and cranberry juice. Stir for 1 minute then pour into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with apple and serve.
