Penne with Tuna & Olives


  • 400g Penne pasta
  • Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso
  • 200g Canned tuna, drained
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, zest


  1. In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
  2. Meanwhile, heat the Sacla’ Stir-in in a pan over a low heat
  3. Add the tuna, broken into large chunks
  4. Carefully stir as to not break up the tuna
  5. Season to taste
  6. Drain the pasta and divide between warm plates
  7. Spoon the sauce over the pasta
  8. Garnish with a sprinkling of parsley and lemon zest
