Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette, fresh
  • 1 ball Mozzarella, torn into bitesize pieces
  • 2 large Tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tsp Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • A handful of Basil leaves, to garnish
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Cut baguette in half
  2. Lay tomatoes and mozzarella on top and spoon over Sacla’ Pesto
  3. Scatter with fresh basil leaves and a little olive oil
  4. Cut into wedges and grill for a few minutes to have them hot
