Aubergine Pesto Dip

Ideal to serve with roasted baby new potatoes.


  • 1 jar Sacla' Char-grilled Aubergine Pesto
  • 150g Creme Fraiche
  • 150g Mayonnaise
  • Chopped parsley (optional)


  1. Combine the Sacla' Pesto, creme fraiche and mayonnaise. Serve the dip, topped with a sprinkle of parsley.
