Linguine with Tomatoes and Vodka


  • 400g Linguine
  • 2 tbsp Sacla’ Rich & Robust Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • A splash or two of Vodka
  • Shaving of Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh Chilli to your liking


  1. In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta until al dente
  2. Drain and lace with Sacla’ Paste
  3. Add a little cream, a splash or two of vodka and shavings of Parmesan cheese
  4. If you want to heat things up add some fresh chilli
