Pesto Mash


  • 2 large potatoes, Maris Piper or King Edward
  • 1 Pot Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto


  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from the pan and drop into a bowl of iced water and leave to cool for a minute. The skins should slip off easily.
  3. Halve the potatoes, return them to the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until completely soft.
  4. Drain thoroughly then mash until smooth. Swirl through the pesto and serve.
