Chicken and Olive Pasta with Crispy Breadcrumbs


  • 300g Fresh pasta
  • 190g jar Sacla’ Tomato & Olive Intenso
  • 150g Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3 tsp Breadcrumbs
  • Chopped parsley to serve


  1. Cook the pasta until al dente in a large pan of boiling, salted water
  2. Drain and reserve 1 tsp of the cooking water
  3. Stir through the Sacla’ Sauce and chicken with 1 tsp of the cooking water
  4. Season and divide between bowls
  5. Serve topped with crispy breadcrumbs and chopped parsley
