  • 125g Cooked brown rice
  • 1 Roasted chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 Red pepper, seeded and chopped into 2cm pieces
  • 4 Sacla’ Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Herb Infused Oil, chopped into 2cm pieces
  • A handful of Rocket, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sacla’ Free From Tomato Pesto


  1. In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients and mix well to combine
