Pesto Chicken Skewers


  • 4 tbsp Sacla’ Char-Grilled Aubergine Pesto
  • 4 breasts Chicken
  • 12 Wooden skewers


  1. Spoon the Sacla’ Pesto into a bowl
  2. Slice each chicken breast into 3 strips and add them to the Sacla’ Pesto
  3. Stir to cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour
  4. Soak 12 wooden skewers in water (to stop them burning)
  5. Remove the chicken from fridge and thread onto skewers
  6. Finish each skewer with a lime wedge
  7. Next heat a griddle or frying pan until it's hot and add the chicken skewers
  8. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through
