Pesto Goat’s Cheese and Rocket Linguine


  • 200g Linguine
  • 190g Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 100g Goat's cheese
  • 50g Rocket
  • 1 Lemon, grated zest
  • Black pepper
  • A drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


  1. In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
  2. Drain well, then return the pasta to the hot pan
  3. Mix in Sacla’ Pesto, then crumble in the goat's cheese and stir
  4. Add the rocket, lemon zest and lots of black pepper
  5. Toss together and drizzle with a little oil to serve
