Linguine with Pesto & Tomatoes


  • 450g Linguine
  • 190g jar Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 4 Plum tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Flat-leaf Italian parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Shaving of Parmesan to serve
  • 1 small handful Rocket leaves, to serve


  1. In a large pan of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta to your liking
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and return to its pan
  3. Add the Sacla’ Pesto, tomatoes, parsley and season to taste
  4. Scatter with Parmesan and a side of rocket leaves
