Pesto Jersey Royal Potatoes


  • 500g Jersey Royal Potatoes, scrubbed
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Sacla’ Coriander Pesto


  1. Put the potatoes in a pan of cold, salted water
  2. Bring to the boil, then reduce down to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender
  3. Drain in a colander and transfer to a warm serving bowl
  4. Lightly season and spoon over the Sacla’ Pesto
  5. Lightly shake the bowl to coat the potatoes and serve whilst hot
