Hummus, Pesto, Feta & Pomegranate Salad


  • 200g tub Hummus
  • 3 tbsp Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 100g Feta, crumbled into large pieces
  • 120g pack Pomegranate seeds, pre-prepared
  • 2 tbsp Coriander, roughly chopped
  • Grissini to serve


  1. Empty houmous into a large shallow serving dish and generously spoon over the Sacla’ Pesto
  2. Scatter over the crumbled feta, followed by the promegranate seeds, finishing with the coriander
  3. Serve with breadsticks for dipping
