Asparagus Gratinata

  • A bunch of Asparagus, trimmed
  • 350g jar Sacla’ Free From - Besciamella Sauce
  • 50g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
  2. Cook the asparagus in a pan of simmering water for about 5 minutes or until tender
  3. Drain and place in an ovenproof serving dish
  4. Pour over the Sacla’ Free From Sauce, top with Parmesan and season
  5. Bake until gratinata is browned and bubbling, about 20 minutes
