Free From Coleslaw using Sacla' Free From Mayonnaise

  • ¼ white cabbage – thinly sliced
  • ¼ red cabbage – thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion – thinly sliced
  • 1 Jar Sacla’ Free From Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
  • Parsley – roughly chopped


  1. Put the cabbage and onion in a large bowl and stir to combine
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard in a small bowl and then drizzle over the vegetables. Fold everything together to coat in the creamy sauce, then season to taste.
  3. Sprinkle the parsley on top to serve
