Crostini with Artichokes and Parmesan


  • 1/2 285g jar Sacla’ Artichokes in Lemon & Rosemary Infused Oil, drained
  • 1 tsp Truffle oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 50ml Double cream
  • 20g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • thinly sliced Baguette
  • to drizzle Olive oil


  1. Preheat grill
  2. Blend Sacla’ Artichokes and truffle oil in a magimix
  3. Add remaining ingredients and combine until they form a coarse paste
  4. Season to taste
  5. Drizzle baguette slices with oil and toast under hot grill
  6. Spread with artichoke paste and serve
