This thick, rich sauce is a staple of Italian cooking and our version of this tasty classic is made with traditional soffritto (sautéed onions, garlic and carrots), fresh Italian tomatoes, whilst harnessing the magic of pea protein to recreate a hearty meaty texture, with no need to add anything else.

Easily prepare a lasagne with our vegan White Sauce, or eat with a wide, flat pasta like tagliatelle, a pasta shape that holds the sauce better than spaghetti.

How to use

Simply stir into pasta, or layer onto lasagne.
