Smooth enough to spread. Thick enough to dollop. We’ve expertly tweaked this classic condiment to make it free from eggs and dairy, so it’s perfect for vegans.

To add a big kick of flavour, we’ve also added garlic. Stir it into salad with spinach leaves, chickpeas and peppers. Add extra flavour to a mashed avocado sandwich. Use it as a delicious dip for your pizza crusts.

Ingredients

Sunflower seed oil (55%), water, wine vinegar, glucose syrup, maize starch, salt, garlic (0.7%), sugar, modified maize starch, concentrate (carrot, apple), potato protein, natural flavouring, lemon juice concentrate, (0.2%), antioxidants: ascorbic acid, rosemary extract, thickener: xanthan gum.
