This recipe is just like traditional blue cheese dressing, minus the cheese, eggs and milk. That’s it. It’s still creamy, thick and delicious with your favourite salad and vegetable combinations.
For a light lunch, try it in a rocket, pear and walnut salad. Or, to boost your B vitamins, drizzle on endive leaves and lettuce wedges, and scatter with nuts.
