Vegan SuperGreen Cannelloni

'Free-from' can still be a feast with this indulgent dish. Sacla' Vegan SuperGreen sauce, packed with broccoli, cavolo nero and a hint of chilli, blends beautifully with our creamy Vegan Ch**se Sauce, ready to be baked to bubbling perfection.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  2. Mix together Sacla’ SuperGreen Sauce with the vegan cream cheese.
  3. Spoon the creamy SuperGreen mixture into the cannelloni tubes, and lay in an oven proof dish.
  4. Cover with Sacla’ Vegan Ch**se Sauce and bake for about 20 mins until golden.
  5. Remove from oven. Mix together the chopped parsley, lemon zest and Engevita yeast flakes and sprinkle over the cannelloni.
  6. Slice and serve.
