Sweet Potato Fries with Vegan Aioli

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • Sacla' Vegan Aioli Salad Dressing 
  • Rapeseed oil to drizzle


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm wide fries and spread them out on a baking tray. 
  3. Drizzle over rapeseed oil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. 
  4. Fill a small bowl with Sacla' Aioli Salad Dressing
