Sweet Potato Fries with Vegan Aioli
Need a super quick vegan recipe? This is it. Slivered sweet potatoes roasted off until burnished on the outside, softly fluffy within, served with Sacla' Vegan Aioli Salad Dressing for dipping. Couldn't be easier…or tastier.
- 3 sweet potatoes
- Sacla' Vegan Aioli Salad Dressing
- Rapeseed oil to drizzle
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm wide fries and spread them out on a baking tray.
- Drizzle over rapeseed oil and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Fill a small bowl with Sacla' Aioli Salad Dressing
