  • 400g Vegan Spaghetti
  • 1 jar Sacla' SuperGreen Sauce
  • Handful of basil leaves for serving


  1. Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling salted water. Cook as per pack instructions, then drain
  2. Heat the Sacla’ SuperGreen Sauce until it is hot and toss into the pasta
  3. Transfer to serving dishes and scatter over basil leaves to serve

To create this striking green recipe, we’ve taken inspiration from Puglia where a traditional recipe includes Cime di Rapa (turnip tops) and pasta. Our version of the sauce is bursting with broccoli and has a slight hint of chilli.

Eat like a local and serve it up with orecchiette (this translates to ‘little ears’) and plenty of vegan cheese.
