Black Olive Pesto Pasta with Parsley

Need a near-instant dish that packs a BIG flavour? Then you need this olive pasta recipe. Use a good quality pasta (we love orecchiette) and plenty of flat-leaf parsley. The rest is down to the deep intensity of Sacla' Olive Pesto.

  • 400g orecchiette pasta, or pasta of your choice
  • 1 jar Sacla’ Olive Pesto
  • Handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped


  1. Add the pasta to a pan of boiling salted water. Cook as per pack instruction and drain
  2. Add the Olive Pesto to the hot pasta and toss to coat
  3. Transfer to serving dishes and scatter over the parsley to serve.
