Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients
- ¼ white cabbage, thinly sliced
- ¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Jar Sacla’ Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. wholegrain mustard
- Parsley, roughly chopped
Method
- Put the cabbage and onion in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard in a small bowl and then drizzle over the vegetables.
- Fold everything together to coat in the creamy sauce, then season to taste.
- Sprinkle the parsley on top to serve.
