Vegan Coleslaw

Serves 4



  • ¼ white cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Jar Sacla’ Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. wholegrain mustard
  • Parsley, roughly chopped


  1. Put the cabbage and onion in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard in a small bowl and then drizzle over the vegetables.
  3. Fold everything together to coat in the creamy sauce, then season to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the parsley on top to serve.
