Chicken & Mozzarella Pesto Pasta
- Drizzle olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5mins on each side until browned.
- Boil the pasta for 8-10mins until soft
- Add the chicken and Pesto to the pasta and stir together
- Warm through and put on a plate of peashoot salad
- Top with torn mozzarella and halved tomatoes
- Drizzle with balsamic to serve
