Chicken & Mozzarella Pesto Pasta

Serves 4


  • 400g pasta  
  • 1 jar Sacla' Classic Basil Pesto 
  • 1 mozzarella ball 
  • 1 vine cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 bag peashoot salad 
  • 2 chicken breasts 
  • Balsamic to serve


  1. Drizzle olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5mins on each side until browned.
  2. Boil the pasta for 8-10mins until soft 
  3. Add the chicken and Pesto to the pasta and stir together
  4. Warm through and put on a plate of peashoot salad 
  5. Top with torn mozzarella and halved tomatoes 
  6. Drizzle with balsamic to serve
