Beetroot, Roasted Onion, Parmesan & Rocket Pizza
- Heat the oven to 220°C / Gas Mark 7.
- Drizzle the onion and beetroot with the oil and roast in the oven until starting to caramelise.
- Top the pizza base with the tomato pizza sauce, cooked beetroot and red and white onions.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes.
- Remove from oven, scatter over the fresh rocket and top with Parmesan shavings.
