Beetroot, Roasted Onion, Parmesan & Rocket Pizza

Serves 2


  • 1 Sacla' Beetroot Pizza Base
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ bottle of tomato pizza sauce
  • ½ red onion, cut into wedges
  • ½ white onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 small beetroot, cut into wedges
  • 1 handful rocket
  • Some Parmesan shavings, vegan if preferred


  1. Heat the oven to 220°C / Gas Mark 7.
  2. Drizzle the onion and beetroot with the oil and roast in the oven until starting to caramelise.
  3. Top the pizza base with the tomato pizza sauce, cooked beetroot and red and white onions.
  4. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, scatter over the fresh rocket and top with Parmesan shavings.
