Basil Pesto Potato Salad by @shnordic
- Cut the potatoes in half (unless they are really tiny), then steam or boil until cooked.
- Trim the green beans and steam them for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the cooked potatoes and beans on a serving plate, then add a few generous spoonfuls of Pesto so that the potatoes are covered.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the salad, as well as a few teared basil leaves, pine nuts and thin parmesan shavings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
