Basil Pesto Potato Salad by @shnordic

Serves 4


  • 500g small potatoes
  • 100g green beans
  • ½ jar Sacla’ Classic Basil Pesto
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 1 handful pine nuts
  • Parmesan shavings
  • You can also add fried halloumi, boiled eggs, salmon or tuna.


  1. Cut the potatoes in half (unless they are really tiny), then steam or boil until cooked. 
  2. Trim the green beans and steam them for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place the cooked potatoes and beans on a serving plate, then add a few generous spoonfuls of Pesto so that the potatoes are covered.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in half and add them to the salad, as well as a few teared basil leaves, pine nuts and thin parmesan shavings. 
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
