1 jar Sacla' Wild Mushroom Antipasti 1 onion 1 courgette 150g pecorino cheese 4 small mint branches 150g white wine 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey extra virgin olive oil
Slice and heat the onion, courgette, wine and honey in oil on a low heat until they become golden brown and soft. Use another bowl to prepare a mixture of oil mint leaves, salt and pepper and season the salad with it. Place the onion, courgette, and drained Sacla` wild mushrooms in a bowl, cut the pecorino cheese and add.
