1 x Baking Potato
1 x Tin Tuna
2-3 tsp Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto
1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2-3 Spring Onions, chopped
Bake your potato for approx 1 hour until the skin is gorgeously crispy. Meanwhile, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, pesto and spring onions. Slash a cross into the top of the potato then pinch the base so the inside fluffs up. Pile in the filling mix and tuck in.
