Italian Slow-Baked Tomatoes Marinated With ChilliItalian Slow-Baked Tomatoes Marinated With Garlic
Ingredients

8 slices of bread
100g goats cheese
8 toasted almonds
1 jar of Sacla' Italian Oven Roasted Tomatoes with chilli
8 teaspoons of Hollandaise sauce (or alternatively mix together 70% mayonnaise with 30% yoghurt)
Chervil or parsley
1 tablespoon of crushed pistachios

Instructions

Toast the bread and cut into circles - 5cm wide.

Spread one side generously with goats cheese and top with a toasted almond.

Cover with a drained Sacla' Italian Oven Roasted Tomato.

Grill for one minute then garnish with a tea spoon of Hollandaise sauce, a leaf of chervil or parsley and some crushed pistachios.
