Italian Slow-Baked Tomatoes Marinated With Chilli
Ingredients

1 small french loaf
1 jar Sacla' Italian Oven Roasted Tomatoes with chilli
150g pickled anchovies
2 avocados
1 lemon
chives
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Cut the bread into twelve equal slices, brush each side with olive oil and toast under the grill for a few minutes until lightly brown.

Peel and stone the avocados, cut them into twelve slices and drizzle with lemon to stop them going brown.

Place the roasted bread slices on a dish and out and avocado slice, one Sacla' Italian Oven Roasted Tomato and one pickled anchovy on each.

Season with salt and pepper, garnish with chives and serve immediately so that the bread remains crunchy. Toast has never had it so good.
