1 jar Sacla`sun-dried tomato antipasti
200g small mozzarella
1 avocado diced
10 capers
8 green olives finely chopped
extra virgin olive oil
basil
Drain the Sacla`sun-dried tomato antipasti and put them in a bowl.
Add the other ingredients and season with the oil previoulsy infused with the basil.
Serve as antipasto or to accompany cold meats. Delicious also as a crusty bread topping.
