8 slices Milano salami
1 pack Sacla’ Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta Sauce
300g pack Sacla’ fresh Tagliatelle
2 large handfuls fresh rocket
extra virgin olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan, to serve
Cut the salami into strips the same width as the tagliatelle.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the salami until slightly
crispy. drain on kitchen paper. Put a large pan of salted water
on to boil. Cook the pasta until just tender (around 3 minutes),
then drain. Gently heat through the Sacla’ pasta sauce.
Return to the pan, stir in the sauce and add the salami. Stir
well, then add most of the rocket until wilted. Serve topped
with the remaining rocket, a drizzle of oil and Parmesan.
