2 x 250g packs Sacla' fresh Tagliatelle
300g cherry tomatoes
2 packs Sacla' Spicy Roasted Pepper Intense Sauce or 2 x 190g jars Sacla' Spicy Pepper & Tomato Big Bold Italian Sauce
3 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
Basil leaves to serve
1 Cook the tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling salted water for 3 to 5 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and add a drizzle of oil. Cook the cherry tomatoes for a couple of minutes, until they start to collapse, then add the pepper sauce and pine nuts and check the seasoning.
2 When the pasta is cooked, pour 1tbsp of the cooking water into the sauce, then drain the pasta and toss through the sauce. Serve with basil and extra pine nuts.
