300g of Fresh pasta (eg Sacla' Tagliarini)
1 Pack of fresh Sacla' Tomato Pesto or 1/2 a jar of Sacla Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
6 Finely chopped anchovies
1/2 A lemon
Pine nuts and Basil leaves to serve
Gently heat the pesto with the 6 finely chopped anchovies and juice of the lemon. Cook the fresh pasta for 5 minuts, until al dente, then drain, stirring 1tsp of the cooking water into the pesto. Divide between 2 or 3 bowls. Scatter over toasted pine nuts and basil leaves and serve.
