250g pack Sacla' fresh Tagliarini
1/2 x 150g pack Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto or 1/3 jar Sacla' Fiery Chilli Pesto
100g fresh white crab meat
3tsp chopped fresh oregano
3tbsp Sacla' Chilli Pangrattato (Italian baked breadcrumbs)
Lemon wedges, to serve
1 Cook the tagliarini for about 3 to 5 minutes in a pan of boiling salted water until al dente. When cooked, drain and stir through the pesto, crab and oregano, check the seasoning, divide between bowls and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs - great for adding crunch to pasta.
2 Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil and lemon wedges on the side.
